It took a couple of weeks waiting in the heat for Home Appliance to get our air conditioner in, but the installation went well, and the air conditioner looks great and works even better!!!! It cools terrific and is even quieter than our old Frigidaire 25,000 BTU air conditioner that had the compressor die after six years. My wife and I are very satisfied.

My old Frigidaire AC did a tremendous job, but after nearly 13 years it was time to move on. Having had such confidence in the Frigidaire brand it was a no brainer that we™€™d buy Frigidaire once again. Our new AC unit is doing a good job of keeping our apt cool and is not as loud as our previous model. It has a nice sleek look to as well so aesthetically it blends in seamlessly. We can only hope this unit will be as good to us as our previous edition.

Powerful AC but could be better LED panel

My last Frigidaire lasted over ten years so it was time to replace with a similar unit. This time we opted for same btu size but without the heat option. Our AC is installed under our window through the wall, mounted in the AC chassis's cage so it was a fairly easy swap out. The major problem we discovered with the updated design is the panel is fitted with very small LED lights that makes it impossible to see which setting you are on unless you are at eye level to the AC. Unfortunately, my installer accidentally tossed out the remote control with the packaging and a replacement order for another remote control is back ordered with no idea of when it will be available. Going forward, a better, visually friendly and larger LED panel would be a welcomed improvement.

25000 btu air conditioner

I had to buy a new unit because my 8 year old units compressor would not start and I did not have the luxury of time to repair it. The older unit had a temperature differential of 2 degrees in remote mode. The new unit is 6 degree™€™s which is not a very acceptable range. I plan on talking to someone about this. Otherwise it is working ok.On my older unit I found out the compressor relay is not operating. I replaced the relay and the relay driver ulc2003 ic. I™€™m hoping that this will fix my issue.The thermistors seem to test ok . Around 7k ohms and change with heat and cold. It would be nice to have some technical support from Frigidaire.

I have had this ac unit for about a month now and it really cools down the house. Sometimes it can get a little noisy, but I guess that's the water self-evaporating but then it fades away. I would say this is a good purchase for the cost. I purchased this at P.C. Richards and they were great, They also do Installation.

Purchased this item from the Home Depot in my area. The insulation wasn™€™t very difficult,the instructions sheet was a bit vague. The air conditioner over all is great, cools the area well. The only real complaint I have is that its a little noisy.

I bought this A/C unit to cool my shop which is a large, open, 1500 square foot room. I have puny crank out windows not suitable for any type of window A/C, so it was either getting a ductless unit installed or cutting a hole in the wall for this unit. Since this was over half the cost I went with this unit. It™€™s big and heavy so be sure to have help installing it.
