I had purchased this oven for it's features my old oven would not get my pizza stone hot enough to cook my pizza's .so I bought the Maytag true convection oven but found out the convection was a great feature but did not need it to cook the pizza's the crust cooked to a nice brown but also tried making pizza with convection and found that did not need the stone because of the convection and the way it is designed it cooked the pizza evenly all around so it was the right decision love the oven
