J'ai acheté ce modèle il y a moins de 3 ans et je ne le conseille pas. Le ventilateur est très bruyant et il fonctionne tout le temps même si je n'utilise pas le mode convection. Il atteint sa température mais ne la garde pas. Je dois constamment l'arrêter et le repartir. Un technicien est venu et il m'a dit que tout fonctionnait normalement. Pour le prix que j'ai payé je suis très déçue. Je vais m'en débarrasser très prochainement même si je vais perdre beaucoup!!

I bought this to replace an older different Make Wish I hadn't After cooking anything so much steam pours out of the door I cant even read the digital displays. Waited 3 weeks for a techician to look at it and the resolution was. That's what this oven does.

My single oven is just a month old and the convection fan and blower have to be replaced. Although I had experienced no problems with the older convection model. I wanted a newer model.The older model out performed the new one hands down. Even with increasing the calibration a few degrees. I find that my baked goods take longer to bake, even in the convection mode.

Replaced a malfunctioning Dacor convection oven that was 18 years old. Chose this Whirlpool model based on reviews and price differential ($500) with GE Profile. It was popular enough to be wait list ordered at several big box retailers. But, Best Buy came through with store delivery in three days as advertised. Some reviewers complained of loud cooling fan and I dreaded spouses beratting if that turned out to be the case. It turned out not to even be close to that. Cooling fan makes less noise than our toaster. High end appliances are starting to scare me based on experience. High dollar compared to appliances of yore. But then, they go out inside a couple of years and repair techs just throw new boards at them, charging you $hundreds$ to do so. That's been our experience. So far, Whirlpool oven has been fantastic. Install was easy replacement. It cooks as advertised. Settings, as with all electronic controlled applliances, take a bit of getting used to. So far, very pleased. If this oven goes 10 -20 years without incident, we'll be happy campers. If in two month's the display goes dead or, the oven won't heat, I'll be back to post a -5 review. :-)

Replacement Whirlpool Oven is great

The only reason for the 4 stars is they did not pack the gasket pad that should have been included. Whirlpool did make good on it and sent it 3 months later

Installed this oven a month ago, after a cabinet remodel. I had never used a convection oven before this, but I am totally hooked. After the install I gave this oven a shakedown with both baking and broiling with and without convention. Wow, this thing is awesome. It cooked my most finicky recipes perfectly. It heats fast, holds temp and cooks more evenly than anything I have every used. I will never use gas to bake again, but a gas stovetop is still my preference. Timer features were nice and the oven is quiet all the time, imo. I only gave 4stars because I've not tried the steam clean feature and I read that after that process the control panel can freak out. Personally, for this amateur cook, this is the best and most impressive oven I've ever used.

The uniform baking without having to switch pans top to bottom or front to back is REALLY nice. Three racks are nice and I am following the directions about placement of racks depending upon how many pans you have in place. Good Oven but Noise is a problem

I have had this unit installed in my new kitchen about 6 months and it works well but the only downside is the cooling fan which runs from the time you set the unit on until about 25 minutes after it is shut off. The unit fan takes in air from the top and exhausts through the bottom. The intake sound is loud and emits a slight whistling noise which is not appropriate for open concept kitchens. Whirlpool serviceman and Head Office admit this is a design shortcoming to which they offer no solution or compensation.

Last month I bought this oven and had many misgivings. I am over 60 and have always baked with a traditional oven. I am so happy I took a chance and bought this convection cooking oven. Many concerns about fitting our existing cabinet...didn't want to give up convection...found the solution in the 27" Whirlpool. I love the "max view" door, the hidden element, the "pull hold" feature on the racks and the simple stainless exterior. I'm less than thrilled with the fan noise/whistle and the sluggish "touch" controls...but I can easily live with these!!!

Easy to use

Works great, but I wasn't aware that a fan runs when you are done for about 45 minutes to cool it down, even when you aren't using the convection feature. It's a bit noisy, but the oven doesn't heat up the kitchen like my former oven so I guess I will get used to it.

Makes noise

I bought this oven a little over a month ago and I am not very impressed. It has a smell everytime I turn it on and makes lots of crackling noises. The fan also is very noisy and stays on for a long time after I have turned off the oven. My last oven didn't make any noise! Cooking time has been a bit longer than usual, msybe it's because it is new to me and I need to adjust to its new features. It is a good looking oven.

noisy fan

1. Tru fit installation legs did not work, in either direction, for oven to fit in my cabinet. I had to jury-rig my own legs.2. Noisy oven fan, not the convect fan, is on all the time; has slight whirring sound, similar to wind blowing in the trees; not a soft whir at all.3. From below I'm not sure yet if I would refer this to a friend due to #2 above. So, I guess my only option at this time is not to.

Great oven

Have now used the oven every day for a week for different types of food so far working very well. Like that it changes it oven temp when using the convection oven setting. Looks very nice where we replaced a older oven inside is much larger then the old oven.
