I bought this product in October 2022 and I can not get a water control valve. That should not be out of warranty. Water valves should last at least 5 year if not the life of the product. Quiet and efficient

I like this washer. It is very quiet. The spin cycle is extremely efficient to the point of cutting my dryer time down by half a cycle. I like the window lid so I can see what is going on. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is we are rural and our water is from a well. If my water pressure is low the washer error codes and I cannot skip to the next function. I have to restart from the beginning. I have learned to space out my wash loads to wait for the well pump to get back up to pressure.

Within the one-year warranty the washer leaves brown spots on my clothes. I had someone use the internet to call for help and only got a text reply with a link for self-repair instructions. I am 79 and live alone. I called the number they left and they said the problem was not under warranty and that I had to do self-cleaning. I still dont know if the cleaning is working.

They came to fix my laundry machine several times. The first time they came the guy was hammering our washing machine and he broke it even more. We did not have a washing machine for over a month and had to go to a laundromat to do our Laundry 3 times. We gave them a month to fix it and they kept ordering parts but the guy did not know how to fix our machine. I do not recommend this company at all we ended up having to buy a whole new machine.

Clothes come out dirty even on deep wash.

The washer fills with such a low amount of water that you can see it washing with an incredible amount of dirty water. Imagine an old mop that is dirty washing the floor with dirty water. The rinse cycle is the same way. We called to return the washing machine after one week and there are no returns. Hence dont bother buying one you will regret the machine and the no return policy.

It is so quiet that I am amazed. It has a quick wash thats 26 minutes. I live this washer. The best feature is that you can sync the washer to your phone to troubleshoot or delay washing.

Very unhappy customer.

Bought it last fall and have had nothing but trouble since. Upset that ops manual was not included resulting in multiple calls to customer service. Bad experience each time as bad as ATT. Took Five weeks and three promises to get manual. Still having problems. Manual says to press buttons that dont exist. Have spent minutes instead of seconds trying to get cold water wash. Wont work. Does not rinse in cold water as is stated on panel. Have never gotten buttons on right side of panel to work. Far too much electronics and not enough mechanics. Doesnt spin out water completely which requires longer time and expense to dry. LG dryer does such things as shutting down after five minutes operation and not drying completely. Does anyone care? Does anyone speak English?

I have now had this washer for 4 months and it will do. I dont like the fact I cannot add water during the cycle because Im not convinced all my clothes get wet during the wash cycle because of the water saving features. If you want the whole tub to fill you have to use the Deep Fill option or Deep Wash cycle. I dont understand why washers with more options are less expensive than the cut and dry models that you select load size- load type- water temperature- and hit start.

We bought this 3 months ago and it has never washed soiled clothes well. We were told by the technician NOT to use the Normal setting this was just there to obtain the HE rating and to use Bedding or Deep Wash cycles. It wastes an extreme amount of water and never thoroughly turns the clothes through the water since the design of the agitator only moves back and forth gently and does not sufficiently move clothing. My husband works outdoors and the debris that is left behind on his clothes is disgusting. What doesnt come off in the wash ends up in the dryer trap wood chips ticks etc. Youd think after 100 years of making washing machines the operation would be better. It infuriates me with every wash.

I purchased the washer about two months ago. I am glad I did. The washer has a glass top and my husband and I like to watch it weighing the clothes and watching the wash start. The machine is quiet and no vibration. Very little programming . Its power on cycle selection and start. I like it so much that I purchased a LG refrigerator 6/25/23 when my refrig broke down. In fact all my sons appliances are LG and I love the appearance of them and how reliable they are. I dont advise my stove and microwave to break down.

HAD TO MOVE THE WASHER OUT A FEW INCHES AND THE FRONT FOOT FELL OFF - MUST HAVE BEEN BAD PLASTIC OR BUMPED IN TRANSIC TO HOME DEPOT. This has been the worse dryer I have bought. It does not clean very well. The clothes dont smell great after going through the wash I am using the same detergent I used with my old one. Also the water will not go hot. There is a setting for hot water on the washer but it only comes out warm. The company states that this is because it is energy efficient. It would be nice to be able to have hot water during the load. So if you are looking for a washing machine that cleans your clothes. Choose another one.

I recently bought this LG Washing machine after a lot of research. So far it is everything I hoped it would be. Operation is straight forward and ready to program. The machine locks after I press start but that hasnt been a problem for me as some reviews wrote. I use the deep fill option often since I do large loads of laundry and I like them to be immersed in water. Ive also used the normal setting and find it cleans very well. Ater the spin cycle the clothes are just damp which reduces drying time. I hand dry the machine after using as LG suggests. Its a pain but if it means my washer wont smell Ill continue to do it.

Prior to this washer we had an LG front loader. which we were never quite satisfied with. This new washer gets our clothes much cleaner and after it spins out the clothes seem to almost dry which takes less drier time. We got it on sale at Home Depot at a great price. Worst LG purchase ever

I bought this washer and in the first week I had a few error codes. Then I received a PE error code which stops the washer and needs a tech to fix it. Multiple calls to both Lowes and LG they finally sent me a part. Then they said the appointment has been made for a tech to come up but didnt tell me when. Now I need to call them back to figure this out. My entire kitchen is LG and my TV. I have never had these problems with a brand new machine.
