I bought a set washer and dryer. Not even a year ago. Im very unhappy with the washer it makes so much noise. Tried different programs different loads. My husband made sure its leveled and it still makes noise. My laundry is in the basement and we can hear washer on the second floor. Very unhappy.

We have had this washer and matching dryer for about 3 months might be a little more we got it after our previous washer which was also LG stopped working. We had that washer for 12 years and loved it. This washer however has been nothing but problems if you wash something black it leaves marks on the clothing. Every source we found suggested it is a build up of detergent we have been diligent about using the recommended amount and doing a tub clean every two weeks. However the stains still keep happening to the point that my wife will no longer use the washer for her clothes and we have take them somewhere else to get them cleaned.
I would not recommend this washer to anyone and wish we had not made the mistake of purchasing it.

Used this washer 4 months. It had a problem. Was told by customer service it would be almost a month before they could have a service for it. When asked they said they didnt consider this an unreasonable wait. When asked for a case to be opened on it they refused to do so. If this if acceptable to you buy one otherwise better look at a different brand. My model of easier is different but the service is the same.
