I LOVE this freezer! This freezer is so much bigger than my old one. The glass shelves are plenty big enough to hold large turkeys, roasts, etc. There is ample storage inside on the doors & a very large basket at the bottom of the freezer to hold things like bags of french fries, frozen vegetables. I bought several freezer organizers to put on the shelves to hold my chicken & steaks, which leaves you even more room on the shelves. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Very plzd so far with purchase. Just hoping it has a long life of dependability. Now the control being on the front of door is real nice. Cause it will change color of light letting you know if it is not keeping temp. Let alone a gentle touch on pad will adjust temp. Also has a blast freeze button when loading large amounts of meat to be frozen. I did have to reverse door for convenience of stepping into garage to get something. It has easy instructions on how to do this. It's lite and easy to lay on its back to do this. From there it's a couple plugs for the TouchPad on door. Then run the wires in the pre installed wire way for right door opening orientation. Then 2 screws for bottom hinge stop. 3 screws for bottom hinge plus 3 more for top. It was 30 mins to do and just need a Phillips screw driver and 5/16th socket and ratchet.

It was a good size and had 48 hour freeze holding capability if power was lost. It has done well so far. The door is changeable but the delivery guys would not change it and the change appears complicated from directions so we have opted to leave the way it came. So far happy with how it is doing. Freezer got cold quickly and has stayed a good temperature at the medium level of coldness.

My old freezer quit after 9 years. I like my new freezer but I have a couple of suggestions. My old one displayed the internal temperate on the display panel on the outside of the door. That is how I knew it wasn't cooling correctly (that and the pool of water on the garage floor). Also this one can be moved because it is on wheels but moves every time it is opened or closed. I wedged a 2x4 in the back so that keeps it away from the wall when closed. Haven't figured out how to keep it from moving when it is opened.

Pleased with delivery and performance. Placed it on concrete basement floor which turns out to be not very level. This freezer does not have leveling devices so it was necessary to shim it up to get reasonable level. Put a YoLink temperature/humidity sensor in it so could be alerted by phone if temp gets too high - that could have been built-in.

So far so good ??. The unit is working fine. I didn't have problems with the original units function. Frigidaire was not my first choice last year but supply was limited so I got what I could. The problem was the structure of the cabinet was weak and deformed from the weight of the food, door wouldn't seal. Fortunately Frigidaire warranty covered the entire cost as it was not repairable. That alone made me try another Frigidaire but this time I bought a unit that for the same capacity and exterior dimensions is 30 pounds heavier. I am hoping that it has superior cabinet strength. I always load food that is heavy low inside and not in the door, if I have a similar problem with this unit I won't buy this brand again. I checked the negative reviews of the old unit I had and only one indicated a structure problem, the wire shelves fell out, they didn't get shorter, but the reviewer missed the connection.
