Things could be dryer

I've run 24 loads through and have yet to get clothes dry via the auto settings. I set it to extra dry, but still have to add 20 minutes to each cycle

When I bought this dryer, I knew I was going to choose a Whirlpool. I LOVE the features, the drying rack, and it's super quiet. My Maytag dryer lasted almost 19 years; it still heated perfectly, but the belt was going to bust sometime soon.

We purchased this dryer with the washer 2 1/2 weeks ago and I love them. we replaced a Kenmore set, that were made by whirlpool, we've had for 15 years so I had no issue with getting Whirlpool. I do the laundry.

Nice Looking.

Nice looking dryer is about the only thing. We have only had this dryer for about 6/12 months and this is the second time we are experiencing problems with it. On top of that, we can't get service scheduled for 13 days out. We had problems with the washer in the beginning as well and the issue was never resolved. We requested a different service company to come out and at least they knew what they were doing. I feel like I should just schedule appointments in the future with the assumption that something else will go out in the next few months.

Great Dryer

After doing my research I decided to go with this dryer. I have been very pleased with my selection. I especially like the Moisture Sensing and Steam drying. Things come out wrinkle free. All cycles do a great job.
