Gets the job done

Still getting used this new oven, have had it about 3 weeks. Works as expceted. I choose this model based on the look of the cooktop and am very happy with it. I wish the control pannel was not facing up/flat with the cook top. You cannot see the clock, timmer and oven settings unless you are standing right over the unit. The alarms settings for when the timer goes off needs to bed louder.

New stove with new features

We ordered the stove the day after Thanksgiving. Our other stove died on Thanksgiving morning. There was a snafu about delivery. It took till almost New Years to get it in. The stove is great and has a lot of features our old stove was lacking. The new stove has convection cooking, wow something new to learn. The burners cook faster. The stove top is easier to clean. One of the downsides to the stove is the installation. I need to have the side pieces that connect the stove to the counter top. Unless you take a picture of the old stove installed you can't get the pieces. It would have been nice to have known that before we removed the old stove. It would also be nice to have a printed owners manual rather than always having to go on line for information. The other issue is the lower drawer. Doesn't hold but a cookie sheet or two. But I gladly give up the drawer space to the extra large oven.

Awesome Range!!

I have not used all of the features yet (aqualift cleaning technology, convection, etc) but so far we are super pleased! It is a beautiful range, the lift up grates make cleaning super easy and the center oval burner is wonderful for big Sunday morning breakfasts.

When my old electric range needed a burner replaced...for the third time... i chose to go gas. I used a similar model in a rental home and loved it. I chose this model for the large oven and the center burner. The performance and features are exceptional. I insisted on the large center burner for those family style breakfasts, but the griddle is extra. The reason I give it only 4 stars is for the design. If anything could be different, I would prefer 3 regular/large sized burners and one small instead of 2 regular and 2 small. There are two very small burners in the rear. When trying to produce a big meal (over the holiday season) the two small burners limit me. Another feature I would change is the control panel. It is practically horizontal. Even though this makes it easier to operate, this design has the range extending out from the cabinets and is an invitation for drips and spills. But, I suppose this feature allows the oven to have the larger capacity. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

We like everything about it so far except that it didn't have a lip and that the bottom drawer is a little on the cheap side. ALL slide-ins should have a lip or should come with the trim kit.

We're replacing a Maytag that served us for 20 years. So far, so good on the performance.Some minor issues:This is a slide-in model. It didn't have the lip around the edges. Even though it's a fairly snug fit, there's still a gap that's not desirable. I think the trim kit should have been included.The grating is hinged but it doesn't stay up by itself. It's also rougher than I would have liked. If you had visions of sliding your pots and pans across it, it's OK for cast iron or Magnalite but I suspect stainless and copper will take a beating.The bottom storage drawer is cheaply-made.

Wonderful addition to my new kitchen!!

I have had this for about a month and I love it!! However, this is not a true slide-in range... More like a freestanding slide-in. We just installed granite countertops and a true slide-in would need a small piece of granite behind it. This does not need an extra piece. Also, we purchased a trim kit (found a part number from the manual) to close the edge gaps. However, you have to adhere them to your countertop which I refused to do to my granite. So, I returned them. Overall, I am so happy with my decision to switch from electric to gas!!

Great heat, poor fit

Don't drink the coolaid 12/13/2016

The stove and cooktop are great. I love the speed of cooking with more powerful burners. The oven is large and seems to heat evenly. Make sure you follow the directions to preheat your oven several times before using the oven because the fumes are nasty!The stove does NOT fit in a regular slide-in range cut out. There is a "Fit System" that Whirlpool provide free of charge to bridge the gap between the range and counter top. It is not difficult to obtain but will require persistence and the ability to follow directions!

Large oven!!

Bakes Great!

New grandma getting ready 11/14/2016

I have had it for 2 weeks and keep finding things to cook to see how well it did. First I baked a turkey with the convection and it was the most evenly brown turkey I have ever accomplished and it was very moist.Then I baked a pie and yup it turned out evenly cooked. Then I have use the griddle almost everyday and makes great grilled cheese sandwiches evenly browned. I just leave the griddle on the center and there is plenty of room for the other 4 burners. Then I used the wok OMG it worked great!
