Our old built in wall oven died and could not be repaired. We live in a 50 year old home the new wall oven area was small and would only accommodate a 24 inch unit. You are limited in availability for this size of a wall oven. When we went to do the self cleaning cycle for the fist time the oven shut down after an hour. The oven door locked and could not be opened, went to the home fuse box and found nothing tripped. We reset the fuse for the oven any way no luck. My wife google the unit and found reviews on this subject confirming that others had experienced the same problem. The oven is under warranty so we called for factory service. Help was on the way. Tech was polite and worked fast he acknowledge that he has seen this with this unit before. I asked what we could do differently so this would not happen again. I was told nothing try cleaning the oven again on the self clean cycle. We had to take trim pieces off and pull the oven out of the wall and replace the thermostat. The oven works but we have not tried to use the self cleaning cycle yet.

I am enjoying my new oven. There are some changes, the broiler takes more time to heat up, but over all I have no complaints.

Slow to reach temp. when first turned on.

Works well once it comes to proper temp., but the odor is awful from the factory coating used. It has been a month and it still emits a bad odor, although less than in the beginning. It takes about 20 minutes to reach temp. when my older one lonely took 11 min. to reach 425 degrees.

We have a very small space, and I love to cook and bake. I struggled for years with a different brand, which fit the space but was extremely limited in interior space. This Whirlpool oven has much more space, heats evenly, and is easy to operate. I love it.

I've only had it a month, but I've noticed in comparison to my previous Jenn-Air Oven that the Pre-Heat seems to take a really long time. I am still becoming accustomed to it, but the temp seems a bit different (hotter @350=brown bottom dishes).

We love this oven. When we purchased it, we had the original oven that was built in 1958. It's easy to figure it out. The cleaning feature is great. I love being in this century!

I bought this oven to replace an old one. It is small but the interior is acceptable. The oven is noisy and the fan runs after the oven is turned off. The preheating is slow. I like the exterior look and the oven almost fit into my existing cabinets. I like that the oven has the Sabbath mode but I wish I could have the lights turned off so that they do not activate when the door is opened or closed.

I bought the oven at the end on 2016, I do not like it at all. It takes 28 minutes to pre heat to 450 degrees, takes a long time to cool down and I recently used the self cleaning mode and it burned the fuse out. The oven door is locked shut and will not run. So, I will be without an oven for 4 more days. Not a happy camper with this oven. Although the installer and repair men have been very nice and accommodating.

I am not sure whether I would recommend this. It is a beautiful oven but it is very slow to preheat and so far it has burned everything I put in the oven and it is noisy..

I like this model. It preheats quickly and appears to be true to the thermostat. It has a very bright interior light.It is a little noisier than my previous oven.

Actually I thought I had already sent my review in to you folks, but if you didn't get it, I'll do another.I like the new oven, however I'm disappointed the it takes soooooooooooo long for the oven to heat up, longer than my old Whirlpool.Also, this oven only beeps ONCE when timer goes off to let you know dinner is done etc. Older version would give me FOUR beeps.. It's so easy to be away from the oven and not hear that ONE beep and then find out you've overcooked dinner or cupcakes etc.Last concern is the buttons are harder to push than my old 14 year old Whirlpool oven.Sorry for not being able to give this product a 5 star rating..Would recommend this produce with above reservations. Thank you
